7 AI Copywriting Tools You Should Know

When used correctly, AI can be very helpful and significantly boost productivity. I have been writing content for clients and employees for many years now, and while I don’t get AI to write things entirely for me, there are ways I have used AI to help speed things up a little.

If you’re ready to try out what AI has to offer in terms of copywriting, here are some of my top recommended tools (plus, some general copywriting tools):

1. Writesonic

This is a pretty versatile tool that is suitable for a wide scope of content types, like ads, product descriptions and more. If you’re looking to generate new ideas for your business, Writesonic can lend a helping hand.

2. ChatGPT

The ‘ole faithful! I couldn’t have a list of AI copywriting tools without mentioning ChatGPT, now could I?! While ChatGPT is more general in nature, it can still be a very useful tool. I like to use ChatGPT if I’m stuck for an idea, for example.

3. Jasper

Jasper is loved by many right around the world and is great for learning your brand’s voice and helps to maintain consistency within all your content. If you’re in a team, collaboration is easy and generating quality content for numerous marketing campaigns is a breeze.

4. Copy.ai

One of the best tools going around to help streamline your copy creation process. It’s easy to save your desired content for later, and all marketing-related copy can be easily created, like ad copy, email campaigns and more.

5. SEMRush AI Writing Assistant

SEMRush is a great SEO tool that covers many different areas, and one of their newly introduced tools is the AI Writing Assistant. This tool easily integrates with their SEO platform and is quite helpful for optimising your content for Google and other search engines.

6. Grammarly

Grammarly is the go-to tool for many when it comes to checking grammar, spelling, and punctuation. If you want to go a little further, the paid version of Grammarly really packs a punch; features like AI chat, AI detector, plagiarism checker, and more are available.

7. Canva

Canva is also used by many to create visuals to accompany copy on a website or for marketing purposes. The free version of Canva has a lot to offer, so the average Joe can still get access to everything that they need. You can upgrade to the paid version to access more.

So, there you have it! Some of the tools I like to use when creating copy or just generally working on my business/ website. These tools make copywriting a lot easier, but if you’d rather leave it to the professionals, I’m right here 👋
